- RPi GT or GT Race Downpipe
- RPi GT exhaust
- Metric open wrench set (10mm,12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 17mm, 22mm, etc)
- high temp silicone gasket maker (available at any auto parts store)
- Metric socket wrench set w/ extension
- 11mm deep socket
*Before you start, disconnect the ground cable at the battery.*

- Remove heat shield around turbo(10mm bolts)

- Remove nuts connecting stock downpipe/cat to turbo. (4 nuts)

- view from side. There is one nut on the opposite side of the bottom nut.

- downpipe nut on the inside bottom part. Using an extension will make it easier.

- remove primary o2 sensor. (22mm)

-Remove support bracket (block to downpipe/cat)


- You'll need to turn the downpipe clockwise and pull downward. The downpipe WILL come off without removing other parts.


-Use red high temp silicone to help seal downpipe gasket.


- install RPi GT downpipe from bottom.

- re-install factory nuts. You may use a little bit of silicone if you want to pretent the nuts from coming loose. We recommend inspecting the nuts after 30 miles of driving from initial install and then at first 2 oil changes after. *Do Not tighten yet*

- Install secondary O2 sensor into extended bung.

- Re-install support bracket, but do NOT tighten yet.

- Tighten top downpipe bolts along with the bottom support bracket.

- Connect the GT downpipe to the GT exhaust via the 3" V-band clamp included with your GT exhaust system. Start engine, check for exhaust leaks.
