Here is a picture of the E60 muffler being made. All mufflers are made from scratch and specifically designed for each application.

The welds are cleaned up before the mufflers go into the polishing room.

Here is a picture of the E92 muffler being made. The outside casing was just rolled.

The dual wall tips are actually two individual pipes. The inner pipes are flared out and welded to the outside pipe at the edge. The welds are then grinded off and polished giving it a seamless look.

Korean products have excellent performance minus meisterslow. Samsung and LG out perform sony, panasonic, hitachi, Motola, and or any other us/ jap electronic companies Anyday of the week!
