  • Q. How secure is my information & purchase?
  • A. We use one of the best technologies on earth. We utilize a SECURE Shopping cart system (SSL) that is compliant to industry standards. We promise to treat all your information submitted to us in the strictest confidence. We will NOT resell any of the information you give us


  • Q. How soon do you ship my order?
  • A. We at Race Precision (RPi) always emphasize on fast processing and customer service. We usually ship the next business day (unless stated otherwise). In most cases, we can ship small parts, example Air Induction Scoops and Oil coolers the same day (depending on volume and time of order). Exhaust systems might take an extra day or two to ship.   We will send you a order confirmation after you place an order and you will received a shipping confirmation as soon as we have shipped your order


  • Q. Do I get one or multiple parts?
  • A. You get ONE part per quantity ordered. All pictures are for illustration purposes only. The pictures are meant to show multiple angles of a certain product, NOT quantity. For example, the intake scoop for a regular E60 is sold as 1 single unit and not a pair. The only instance when there are multiple products is when it is specifically mentioned. Example the intake scoops for an E60 M5)


  • Q. What kind of guarantee do you offer?
  • A. We ensure that each and every product that is shipped is in tip-top condition. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective product, please sent it back (within 30 days of receipt) to get a refund or exchange. Product must be returned with all original packaging material and Race Precision (RPi) must be notified of the return before it arrives. 


  • Q. Do you ship to other countries besides the United States?
  • A. We can ship to Canada, Australia and Europe. Please contact us for special arrangements.


  • Q. What type of credit cards do you accept?
  • A. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and Paypal. 


  • Q. Do you accept any other forms of payments?
  • A. Yes, you can make payments using Money Order, Cashiers Check,  please visit our contact us page for the mailing address.


  • Q. I received my order, but some items are not in the box and not marked on the packing slip?
  • A. Not a problem, many times, we ship from multiple locations. Your order will be arriving separately shortly. (If you have doubts or questions, just contact us)


  • Q. I received my order, but the box appears damaged?
  • A. In this case, do not sign for the package just yet, inspection the package, if everything is in good condition, then sign for the package. If the item was already left at your location, make a note and inform us and the shipping carrier.

  • A. Please contact us . We strive to be top in customer service and we will answer your email or return your phone call in 24 hours or less.
